We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our hotel kitchen team in Blackburn on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef who thrives in an early-morning environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality breakfast service.
Position Details:

- Location: Blackburn, Lancashire
- Pay Rate: £17 per hour
- Hours: Typically 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Start Date: As required

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking a full range of breakfast dishes to a high standard
- Managing the breakfast service efficiently and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
- Adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations at all times
- Assisting with stock control and basic prep for later services if required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a breakfast chef or similar role
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy morning service
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene standards
- Punctual, dependable, and able to start early shifts
- A positive attitude and team-oriented approach
