We are looking for an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team for a few busy days in June, helping support service over the Father’s Day period at our beautiful scenic golf club venue.
This is a great opportunity for a confident CDP who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with fresh food and a supportive team.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a CDP
- Able to work calmly during busy service
- Good knowledge of fresh food preparation
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Available across the required June dates
Duties Include
- Running your section during service
- Food prep and maintaining kitchen standards
- Supporting the senior kitchen team
- Ensuring cleanliness and food safety procedures are followed
