We are looking for an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team for a selection of busy shifts over the summer, helping to support service at our beautiful scenic golf club venue.
This is a great opportunity for a confident CDP who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, working with fresh food alongside a friendly and supportive team.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Able to work calmly and efficiently during busy service
- Good knowledge of fresh food preparation
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Flexible availability across the summer period
Duties Include
- Running your own section during service
- Food preparation and maintaining high kitchen standards
- Supporting the senior kitchen team
- Ensuring cleanliness and food safety procedures are followed at all times
