CJUK are currently recruiting for an experienced Relief Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a beautiful country hotel and busy wedding & events venue in the Ribble Valley.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled chef looking for immediate ongoing work in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment catering for weddings, events and hotel guests.
What’s on offer:
- £17 per hour
- Minimum 40 hours per week
- Paid weekly via the CJUK payroll
- Holiday pay accrued separately
- Contribution towards travel costs provided by the client
- Immediate start available
- Ongoing assignment with consistent hours
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen
- Be confident running a section independently
- Have experience working within high-volume events, banqueting or wedding venues
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and presentation
- Be reliable, flexible, and able to hit the ground running
