What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading or supporting kitchen service during busy weekend periods
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Working efficiently as part of an established kitchen team
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Senior Chef, Sous Chef, or strong Chef de Partie
- Confidence working in fast-paced kitchens
- Reliability and ability to step in and hit the ground running
- Availability for weekend shifts (Friday evening through Sunday)
