Job Title: Relief Chef De Partie

Our client who is based in Central London is looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to join their Brigade. This classic London corner pub oozes with character with a traditional bar downstairs and their upstairs is known for showcasing the very best in Traditional London pub dining! Their seasonal menus are created from fresh and both local and regional produce to create dishes where flavour, simplicity and taste is their main focus.
You will be comfortable with working with fresh food and classic British dishes such as small plates, light lunches, classic mains, puddings and Sunday lunches and happy to work with large volumes because as you can imagine, they can get incredibly busy! You will look after a specific section in the kitchen and follow the companies spec sheets to cook a variety of dishes to order.
You will be working a minimum of 40 hours per week over 5 days with the opportunity of overtime at busier times. Their is no accommodation provided for this role so you will need to be commutable to and from and you will receive travel contribution that is payable with your wages weekly.
The contract is starting as soon as possible and for at least a month, but potenitally longer. If not, we do work with the wider group all year round so if this contract is suited to you, there may be an opportunity to work at another one of their sites.
