Job Title: Chef De Partie, Chester
Hourly Rate: £15+ per hour

We are looking for an experienced relief Chef De Partie to join an existing, established brigade in the kitchen of a charming and cosy pub in a small village in Chester. With roots in British cooking, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes including small plates, light bites, mains, puddings and Sunday roasts from the kitchens ever changing seasonal menu.
This position is starting on 03/04/24. The client is part of a larger group that we have a longstanding relationship with so if you enjoy the companies culture and vibe, there are definitely further opportunities for work within other sites. You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with the opportunity for overtime and will be paid weekly on a PAYE basis for every hour you work and in addition, will accrue holiday pay to allow paid time off when needed. You will need your own transport to get to and from site each day as accommodation isn’t provided.
