Job Title: Sous Chef
Hourly Rate: From £18+ per hour

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support a wedding venue and function space in Tunbridge Wells. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and supervising the small kitchen staff. You will be joining a site that works with fresh ingredients sourced from local suppliers in volume to cater for weddings and functions.
You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with potential for overtime and will be paid for every hour you work. Accommodation is on site.
