Job Title: Relief Chef De Partie
Hourly Rate: £16+ per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join the kitchen of a 17th century exclusive wedding venue, hotel and restaurant on the outskirts of Shrewsbury. You’ll be joining an existing kitchen brigade and will be working with fresh ingredients sourced from local suppliers to create seasonal dishes for the restaurant. You will also be tasked with creating dishes for personalised menus for weddings booked on site.
You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with the opportunity for overtime and will be paid for every hour you work. The hotel will pay you directly each week and will also cover a contribution towards your travelling expenses. Accommodation can be provided on site.
